My impact framework – Theory of change

Your theory of change is a core part of your social enterprise.  It describes the reason why you have decided to start your business and explains the social change you want to bring about. This will help you develop your impact framework to achieve impact.

An effective social enterprise puts impact first. You will need to reflect on the impact you want to create and design steps to achieve it. The process of designing solutions to societal problems is innovative. This module will help you to identify priority areas for innovation: for example, in business activities, in partnerships, in stakeholder engagement, etc.

1. Understand the differences between output, outcomes and impact

2. Define and explore the problem you want to address and the impact you want to achieve
